I have a buddy who rocks one of the nicest built 350Zs I've ever seen and I've recently started kinda wanting one. Looking on Craigslist, my first reaction is SO MANY SALVAGE CARS. But this would be Manuél and clean title only, of course. Hmmmmm........

You've been reading my mind. Ever since I let my G35 go prematurely in early 2013 , I've been trying to think of ways to get the FM platform, VQ35 and RWD back in my life. Its starting to drive me nuts. I like my Audi but aaaargh.

I'd honestly like a G35 too, buuuuuuut.....
1. They're heavier
2. They seem to be driven EXCLUSIVELY by douchebags around here. It's a damn shame.

1. Yup and a valid point, which is why I'd generally be leaning towards 350z this time. Also, especially if you're going for sport over luxury.
2. The guy that bought it off of me... turned it into a douchemobile. I am ever so sad and the fact that I see it around town occasionally... hurts.

Nothing is wrong with you or the car. Its just that most people who own them are nit car people. I like the 350z also, i even considered getting one

I know you disagreed with this already, but I'd start with a G35/37 instead. Roomier (easier access, plus space for a roll cage if it gets that far), has aged better, and until it's built, more comfortable and more available amenities, including a back seat.
